We have been working for K-servis Praha for over twenty years. K-Servis Praha is a leading distribution of nuts and dried fruits in the Czech market. The company owns a modern warehouse in Rudná u Prahy.
Our cooperation began in 1993, when we were providing consultancy services to the owner of the company Mr. Josef Kmoch. Over time, his business grew and we were helping him with this growth. We helped him to transform his business into a big, modern company that is one of the leaders in its industry.
We handle the tax and accounting advisory for the client. Additionally, we provide advisory on company acquisitions and restructuring, as well as advisory on obtaining financing. We have started to provide services to shareholders and key managers of the company as well. We have tailored our services to the needs of the client so that they are the most beneficial and without any risks.
