EGLO

We have been working for EGLO since 2010. During the term of our cooperation, EGLO has expanded its activities to Slovakia and has increased their sales by more than 50%. In figures: from CZK 127 million in 2010 to CZK 212 million in 2016. The worldwide sales of the EGLO group are 485 million euros.

The EGLO Group is a private company founded in Austria in 1969. It is the world’s largest manufacturer of decorative lights. The headquarters for the Czech Republic and Slovakia based in Prague celebrated 20 years on the market in 2013. At present the EGLO group has presence in more than 50 countries on every continent.

We have been performing a regular audit of the annual accounts for the client since 2010. We do this not only for the needs of the Czech branch, but the financial statements audited by us are also used for the preparation of the consolidated financial statements for the entire EGLO Group. Our audit must therefore comply with both Czech and international regulations.

It goes without saying that we perform our audits in a way that minimizes the impact on operations of the client’s business. Satisfaction with our work is regularly confirmed by the headquarters of the company.

In addition to auditing services, EGLO is also receiving from us accounting and tax advisory. When EGLO expanded to Slovakia, we helped to set up the accounting system and we coordinated local support from the Slovak tax advisor.

Thanks to our ongoing accounting and tax advisory, we were able to advise EGLO on other related topics such as settings of discounts and bonuses. We have also prepared the expert’s valuation report on market prices of some activities of the company.
